1. Registration
To create an account, you will have to provide your full name and email address. The confirmation of personal information is requested in order to validate the registration of the account. After formalizing this procedure, a password will be sent to the email address informed by you from TAX.NETWORK. Access and any modification to any account created in the tax system will only be permitted when all personal information have been verified. TAX.NETWORK is allowed to immediately cease the services when non-compliance with such provisions is observed.

2. User Content
Users of TAX.NETWORK site may be permitted to submit content for publication in various areas of the TAX.NETWORK site. You will be deemed to consent to these guidelines, and these terms and conditions, if you choose to post any content or comments to the TAX.NETWORK Site.

7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TAX.NETWORK, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out a breach by you or any user of your account of these terms and conditions or privacy policy or arising out of a breach of your obligations, representation and warranties under these terms and conditions.
8.Third Party Advertising on the TAX.NETWORK Site
You will see advertising material submitted by third parties on the TAX.NETWORK Site. Each individual advertiser is solely responsible for the content of its advertising material. We accept no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.
9. NOTIFICATIONS
Unless otherwise agreed, all notifications from TAX.NETWORK will be sent to the user to the email address previously registered. After 24 hours, the messages will be considered delivered.
10. Changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use
Please note that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to do without your consent. Any revised terms and conditions will be applicable at the time of posting on the TAX.NETWORK Site. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the TAX.NETWORK Site after it has been posted.
11. No Waiver
Our failure to insist upon or enforce any provision of these terms of service shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right of TAX.NETWORK.
12.Termination of Registration
If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by sending an email to TAX.NETWORK. If you no longer accept these terms and conditions, or any future modification to these terms and conditions, you must cease using the TAX.NETWORK Site. Continued use of the TRIBUATRIO.NET Site indicates your continued acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of TAX.NETWORK Site immediately and without prior notice.
We may terminate your registered account, at our sole discretion, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminate.
13.General Information
This Agreement forms the whole agreement between you and us. You acknowledge that you have not entered into this Agreement in reliance upon any warranty or representation made by us or any other person and you waive any rights to damages/ rescission you may have for misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation) that is not contained in this Agreement.
If any provision or term of these Terms of use shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be divisible from the other terms and conditions and shall be deemed to be deleted from them.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at the email address at the end of these Terms of use.
Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement.
We reserve the right to bar Users from the Website and/ or specific web pages, on a permanent or temporary basis at our discretion. Any such User shall be notified and must not then attempt to use the Website under any other name or through any other User.
14. Jurisdiction Clause
You irrevocably agree that the courts of San Diego, California, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms of use. The place of performance shall be United States.
We provide no warranty or guarantee that the Website or information available on it complies with laws other than those of American law.
