At anytime, the user may become a frequent provider for the TAXBLOG.COM Site, requesting a personal page “.tributario.net”. Other users will be able to access all articles, posts, messages in such web page. A personal email will also be given “@tributario.net”, working simultaneously with Google™.
2. User Content
Users of TAXBLOG.COM site may be permitted to submit content for publication in various areas of the TAXBLOG.COM site. You will be deemed to consent to these guidelines, and these terms and conditions, if you choose to post any content or comments to the TAXBLOG.COM Site.

Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement.
We reserve the right to bar Users from the Website and/ or specific web pages, on a permanent or temporary basis at our discretion. Any such User shall be notified and must not then attempt to use the Website under any other name or through any other User.
14. Jurisdiction Clause
You irrevocably agree that the courts of San Diego, California, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms of use. The place of performance shall be United States.
We provide no warranty or guarantee that the Website or information available on it complies with laws other than those of American law.
