Welcome to our tax information network. These are our terms and conditions for use of the network. By accessing the TAXBLOG.COM Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Registration

To create an account, you will have to provide your full name and email address. The confirmation of personal information is requested in order to validate the registration of the account. After formalizing this procedure, a password will be sent to the email address informed by you from TRIBUTARIO.NET. Access and any modification to any account created in the tax system will only be permitted when all personal information have been verified. TAXBLOG.COM is allowed to immediately cease the services when non-compliance with such provisions is observed.

By registering on the TAXBLOG.COM Site, you agree that:

(i) your account and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access the TAXBLOG.COM Site;

(ii) you will be obliged to keep the confidentiality of your own password and other information to access TRIBUTARIO.NET;

(iii) you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registration area of the TAXBLOG.COM Site; and

(iv) you will not create additional registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor will you seek to pass yourself off as another user.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account identifiers by others.

1.1 Expanding the User Access

At anytime, the user may become a frequent provider for the TAXBLOG.COM Site, requesting a personal page “.tributario.net”. Other users will be able to access all articles, posts, messages in such web page. A personal email will also be given “@tributario.net”, working simultaneously with Google™.

2. User Content

Users of TAXBLOG.COM site may be permitted to submit content for publication in various areas of the TAXBLOG.COM site. You will be deemed to consent to these guidelines, and these terms and conditions, if you choose to post any content or comments to the TAXBLOG.COM Site.

When you submit content to us, you agree and represent that you have created this content, or you have received permission from, or are authorized by the owner of any part of the content to submit it to the TAXBLOG.COM Site. 

You or the owner of the content still own the copyright in the content sent to us, but, by submitting content to us, if whished, you may grant to TAXBLOG.COM an unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully transferable, perpetual worldwide license to use, publish or transmit, or to authorize third-parties to use, publish or transmit your content in any format and on any platform, either now known or hereinafter invented.

You further acknowledge and agree that the views expressed by you and other users in this content do not necessarily reflect the views of TRIBUTARIO.NET, and we do not support or endorse any user content. We, or authorized third parties, reserve the right to refuse to publish, cut, or edit your content at our or their sole discretion. We may remove your content from use at any time.

We accept no liability in respect of any content submitted by users and published by us or by authorized third parties.

You warrant that the content you submit to us is not obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive, defamatory of any person or otherwise illegal. You warrant that the content you submit to us does not infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary or privacy right of any party or individual. To the extent permitted at law, we do not accept any responsibility for any statement in the TAXBLOG.COM Content. Nothing in the TAXBLOG.COM Content is provided for any specific purpose or at the request of any particular person. For the avoidance of confusion, we will not be liable for any loss caused as a result of your doing, or not doing, anything as a result of viewing, reading, posting, commenting to the TAXBLOG.COM Content or any part of it. 8.Third Party Advertising on the TAXBLOG.COM Site

You will see advertising material submitted by third parties on the TAXBLOG.COM Site. Each individual advertiser is solely responsible for the content of its advertising material. We accept no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.

9. NOTIFICATIONS

Unless otherwise agreed, all notifications from TAXBLOG.COM will be sent to the user to the email address previously registered. After 24 hours, the messages will be considered delivered.

10. Changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use

Please note that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to do without your consent. Any revised terms and conditions will be applicable at the time of posting on the TAXBLOG.COM Site. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the TAXBLOG.COM Site after it has been posted.

11. No Waiver

Our failure to insist upon or enforce any provision of these terms of service shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right of TRIBUTARIO.NET.

12.Termination of Registration

If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by sending an email to TRIBUTARIO.NET. If you no longer accept these terms and conditions, or any future modification to these terms and conditions, you must cease using the TAXBLOG.COM Site. Continued use of the TRIBUATRIO.NET Site indicates your continued acceptance of these terms and conditions.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of TAXBLOG.COM Site immediately and without prior notice.

We may terminate your registered account, at our sole discretion, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminate.

13.General Information

This Agreement forms the whole agreement between you and us. You acknowledge that you have not entered into this Agreement in reliance upon any warranty or representation made by us or any other person and you waive any rights to damages/ rescission you may have for misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation) that is not contained in this Agreement.

If any provision or term of these Terms of use shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be divisible from the other terms and conditions and shall be deemed to be deleted from them.

Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at the email address at the end of these Terms of use.

Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement.

We reserve the right to bar Users from the Website and/ or specific web pages, on a permanent or temporary basis at our discretion. Any such User shall be notified and must not then attempt to use the Website under any other name or through any other User.

14. Jurisdiction Clause

You irrevocably agree that the courts of San Diego, California, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms of use. The place of performance shall be United States.

We provide no warranty or guarantee that the Website or information available on it complies with laws other than those of American law.
